| 6 | Per inserire una nuova pausa personalizzata, effettuare i seguenti passi: | ||

| 8 | 1. Avviare il Client e connettersi al server #phones interessato. | ||
| 9 | 1. Nella view di sinistra, cliccare sul server #phones col tasto destro del mouse, quindi selezionare **Proprietà**. | ||
| 10 | 1. Cliccare sulla scheda **Motivi di pausa**. | ||

| 13 | 1. Premere il pulsante **Nuovo** e inserire il tipo di pausa. | ||
