6 -Per impostare i parametri di telefonia, effettuare i seguenti passi:

19 -1. **Metti l'agente in pausa su scadenza tempo di non risposta**: spuntare l'opzione se si vuole evitare che vengano trasferite altre chiamate verso lo stesso agente che non risponde, ma non si è messo in pausa.

24 -1*. **Ritardo sulla tassazione (sec.)**: indicare il tempo in secondi per riprodurre il messaggio gratuito durante il quale non verrà abilitata la tassazione in caso di chiamate con servizio a pagamento. Valore predefinito: 20 sec.
25 -1*. **Timeout Alerting (sec.)**: indicare il tempo massimo in secondi dopo il quale il sistema selezionerà un altro agente a cui trasferire la chiamata in caso di mancata risposta. Valore predefinito: 10 sec.
